Is this Final Cut Avid Xpress Pro?

I got an email from Nathan at livermoranfilms.com with a still shot from the now defunct NBC show Surface. If you don’t remember, Surface was a series on last season where a marine biologist and a blue-collar scuba diver each discovered a mysterious sea creature. Throughout the season they attempted to make their discovery known to the world. Of course there was a government cover-up and the series ended with the world pretty much being flooded. Ya win some, ya lose some.
I actually watched the run of the show last season off of Comcast DVR. [not Tivo... I make the distinction because the Comcast DVR sucks and I don't want to disrespect Tivo. But Comcast DVR does do Hi-def. Tivo does HD now too but I don't have a Series 3. But since I might be able to transfer my lifetime subscription from my first generation Tivo it might be worth looking into. Of course, Tivo and Comcast were supposed to have reached a deal last year but I have yet to see a Tivo from Comcast!] I kind of remember seeing this scene but I couldn’t make out the software they were using. It was at a news station so maybe Avid and Apple have gotten together and this is a double-secret beta release of Newscutter! Or maybe it’s a government cover-up of some sort.
