Does the previous version of quicktime need to be uninstalled (if so how) or will these installers take care of that? Thanks.

You’re welcome Shane. It’s funny that there’s an installer for 7.3.1 but I couldn’t find just 7.3. I can’t remember but there must have been some issue with 7.3 that it’s been trashed forever!
