Creating A Credit Roll

I’ve had to create a lot of credit rolls over the years and and I cursed during the process of creating every one… so I always take note when I see a new tutorial on how to do it. This one comes from Boris and while the use the Boris Graffiti plug-in for the example it says that the “same functionality is available in Boris Calligraphy which is bundled with Apple Final Cut Pro and Apple Final Cut Express or Boris Title Toolkit which is available for Adobe After Effects.”

The credit roll is arguably the ONLY good use of the ancient relic known as the title tool in the Avid MC. It’s the only reason I ever open that tool anymore.
