You FCP people won't like this! Having started with Med 100 fifteen years ago I have kept with the Program. My last Med 100 update meant Mac G5 Intel, and, lo and behold, I had to buy whole FCP 6 just to get DVD Studio Pro. So, having some professional friends who have produced wonderful programs with FCP I was excited to see all the things in it. I tried to use it but perhaps I'm not the smartest kid on the block . Horrible! SO complicated, NOT intuitive and whatever happens to the clips that become 'Unrendered' as soon as you touch them? I know Med 100 costs more money so I accept that some have to use FCP, BUT, you have my admiration. I won't trouble to open it anymore, life is too short to learn a flawed system. If you win a small lottery and want to give yourself a treat get Med 100 and let your creativity reign unhindered. (I am just a ordinary Med 100 Customer, no links)

Agreed. This is a version 1.0 issue. Its about time Apple started running public beta's for their Pro Apps. No one gives a toss about all the secrecy and it serves no one, otherwise all we will see is another release all packaged up with the same issues as before.

I see this happen all the time. Seems to happen more often when I have title cards in the timeline generated from FCP. But as you say, there is no excuse for this is version 6 of a product. It also has a tough time rendering XDCam timelines, as I get the disappearing act much too often now. Heres to holding out hope for version 7.
